Psychotherapy & Consultation

Wondering what therapy has to offer? We all have parts of our experience that can be confusing or even distressing. I help adults navigate common struggles like anxiety, feelings of disconnection, and wanting to better understand your identity and relationships.

Talk Therapy

Seeking deeper understanding and meaningful change?

I offer a confidential space to explore your inner experience, navigate complex relationships, and address life's challenges.

Here, you're truly invited to say anything that comes to mind. Together, we can be curious about what you want to change and empower you to cultivate a life that feels more meaningful and fulfilling.

I approach our work together with deep respect for the impact of your unique life experiences and relationships.

Art Therapy

When words are not enough, art can help us speak. Art therapy provides a powerful way to express and explore the unacknowledged or unspoken parts of your experience.

You do NOT need any prior art experience to benefit.

Individuals often find art-making in therapy helps them connect more deeply with their emotions and elaborate on complex thoughts and experiences.

Many also find that art therapy empowers them to develop lasting grounding and regulating practices that extend beyond the therapy room.

For fellow mental health professionals, I offer clinical consultation rooted in psychoanalytic thinking.

Together, we can create a dynamic space to explore your work with people, illuminate theoretical frameworks, and propel your clinical development.

I have experience providing clinical supervision to art therapy students, art therapists, substance use counselors and trainees, and mental health therapists.

I offer the option of integrating art making into our exploration of consultation topics.

Consultation

My practice is grounded in anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed principles with attention to power dynamics inherent in the therapist - patient dyad.

All identities are welcome
